1. About us
This website is operated by ColorPlusAir, a brand of MindShiftGraphix, a sole proprietorship owned by Nikhil Kumar Saini (GSTIN 08GUJPS9346L1ZJ), Ground Floor, Plot No 468, New Dhani Shanthi Nagar, Near NBC Old Dippo, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006, India. Contact: hello@colorplusair.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.
2. Our products
Our kits are DIY balloon arch and garland kits. Each product page lists exactly what’s in the box. Items shown in photos for styling — such as cakes, flowers, tables, stands, backdrops, helium or pumps — are not included unless the product page says so. Photos show finished, inflated examples; your result will depend on how the balloons are inflated and arranged. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
If a specific foil or shade is temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you before dispatch to offer a close match or a refund. We never substitute without asking.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include tracked shipping. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card through Razorpay or through PayPal. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees. Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated, and can’t be applied after an order is placed.
4. Your order
After you pay, we email an order confirmation; that confirmation forms our contract with you. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a pricing error is obvious, an item becomes unavailable, or we suspect fraud. Please check your personalised number carefully — we print exactly what you type.
5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery. Import taxes and duties are explained in the Shipping policy.
6. Returns and problems
See our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Safety
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. Latex balloons contain natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies. Do not release balloons outdoors; dispose of them responsibly. Foil balloons conduct electricity — keep them away from power lines.
8. Liability
We’re responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, up to the price you paid for the order. We’re not responsible for indirect losses, or for injury or damage caused by misuse of balloons, ignoring the safety warnings above, or helium use. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
9. Reviews and content
Reviews on this site come only from verified buyers. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on our website. We publish genuine reviews whether positive or negative, and may remove content that is offensive, unlawful or not about the product.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India, but if you’re a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to your order.
