Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay for the kit and its tracked delivery.
Processing time
Every kit is packed by hand. We dispatch orders in 1–3 business days after payment (not counting weekends and public holidays). We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
We ship with India Post (tracked). Most orders arrive in 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks, weather and local postal delays can add time, especially in the weeks before Christmas and Valentine’s Day. If your party date is close, please email us before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking
You can follow your parcel on our Track my order page, on 17TRACK, or with your local postal service once it arrives in your country. Tracking can go quiet for a week or two while the parcel is in transit between countries — that’s normal.
Customs, duties and taxes
Kits ship from India. For orders to the United States, import duties are prepaid by us when the parcel is booked, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. For other countries, your local customs or post office may charge import VAT, duties or a handling fee on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can fix it until the parcel ships. We can’t redirect parcels once they’re with the postal service.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 30 days, or your parcel hasn’t arrived 45 days after dispatch, contact us at hello@colorplusair.com. We’ll open an enquiry with the postal service and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
Balloons ship flat
Everything arrives deflated and flat-packed. Helium and pumps aren’t included.
